They posted their challenge in our online member forum that allows all DEI Board Members to view and respond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within just a few days, the Board Member had practical insights from multiple DEI leaders, including different processes, strategies, and outcomes.
